Returns & Refund Policy
Our return policy is valid for 15 days from the date of purchase. If 15 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Partial Refunds
In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted, including but not limited to:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by us
- Items returned more than 15 days after delivery
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued as a gift card for the full eligible amount. Please allow a few days for processing.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund.
- Shipping times for exchanges may vary based on location.
- For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
